Excellent service from beginning to end. Our food came out fast and correct. Due to food allergies, I had to special order. Our waitress was pleasant and accommodating. Great place to eat!

Usually get the breakfast regardless of what time of day it is but this trip I got a hamburger and french fries which started out as your garden variety frozen patty and wasn't very memorable. Will go back to my usual next time...

Went here yesterday to try one of their 'Weekday Specials' -- the House Salad and Soup Combo for $5.99. I had never been here before and wasn't sure what to expect. It's Easter weekend, and boy were they busy -- I almost changed my mind about going in because the parking lot was very nearly full at 11:15am!! But I wanted to eat lunch BEFORE grocery shopping -- you know, so I wasn't hungry while grocery shopping. Anyway, I was seated immediately. My order was taken within 5 minutes. I was offered the choice between Vegetable Soup and Chili She verified my salad dressing of choice and I ordered an Iced Tea. I was immediately brought an Iced Tea and the food was only @ 10 minutes after that. I was actually surprised to see my food that fast because it was EXTREMELY busy in there!! The server was a very sweet young lady who checked on me 2 or 3 times to see if everything was ok. What I noticed during my 10 minute wait for my food was how well run this place is. The servers are ultra efficient -- the host is always checking the seating -- and the manager was clearing tables to expedite service -- WOW!! One server dropped something and another ran over with the broom and dust pan -- talk about working as a team!! The salad was nice with tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, bacon and croutons and topped with grilled chicken. She brought one container of 1000 Island, but I am sure she would have brought more. It was the perfect amount for me. They included two packages of crackers. My only complaint would be that the Vegetable Soup was a little under seasoned, but after adding salt & pepper -- it was fine!! Let me add that some really delicious looking food went by. Lots of breakfast meals and some lunch choices like meat loaf and chicken fried steak. But I have been looking for a place to have a nice salad occasionally, because my husband isn't the biggest fan of salad and I LOVE salad -- so I stuck to my original plan!!

It's good. Like all cracker barrel restaurants. I just feel that their quality continues to decline steadily. Pretty soon it will be like Dennys or ihop.

Love their food. Love the atmosphere. Nothing beats this place on a cold winter day. They have the log fireplace blazing it was great. I had an egg sandwich and was pleased. Can't wait to return.

Another in a long line of places that just serve food....This falls into my it is what it is caregory. Be Warned as this has done for food what Walmart has done for clothing..... There are a few items that are actually pretty decent such as the hash brown casserole and the Chef salad, while not in my top 100 list they aren't terrible. However the Sawmill gravy IS terrible. ...since when did baking soda become a gravy ingredient...I do give them high marks for consistency as it has sucked in 4 states so far ....2 words FOOD SHOW, please attend some. I don't expect you to be able to hire cooks that could make it from scratch but at least get a decent premade product please...I am amazed that people will stand in line for this. Which is another reason my marks are where they are as in a city this size I refuse to be treated like cattle waiting to be fed especially when I can go 4 blocks up the road to Leekers Market and for 5 bucks get a much better breakfast. ...

Went here for lunch on way to Wichita. Kids had pancakes which were good flavor. They split order of 2 pancakes. Added side of green beans and also 2 slices of bacon. Wife had Chefs Salad. Lettuce quality was not to good. Flavor wasnt good. I had Apple Cider BBQ Chicken breast with steak fries and fried apples. Fries were cold and bbq sauce was a little spicy. Our Bill was $51. WOW. WAY TO HIGH for lunch and for quality of food. Wont go back again.

We always stop here during the long drive between my home in Texas and my school in Nebraska. And we always leave satisfied! Like most other Cracker Barrels, their prices aren't bad, their portions are filling and their service is fast and friendly. The only thing I don't like is those damn peg puzzles...

Amazingly, I've never yelped a review of Cracker Barrel, despite years of dining experience throughout the chain, and perhaps I shouldn't be hyper-critical because of one bad service and food event, but hey, sometimes I feel vindictive... I took the wife and kids out to Park City for a birthday lunch at the wife's request. She's pretty easy to please so long as the chicken and dumplings are hot and all the sides are on seperate plates. I really don't know if she's ever ordered something different than chicken and dumplings. First thing first, the waitress (let's call her Kristine or something like that) was rather abrupt when taking our order, like she had somewhere she needed to be, so my younger daughter quickly decided on an order that she didn't really enjoy. Older daughter ordered the new Reuben sandwich, and I tried the featured KC barbecued chicken dinner. Food was out in short order, and we set about eating. The wife was happy with her dumplings and sides, older daughter was enjoying her Reuben when the waitress came around not 5 minutes later and asked her if she'd like a "to go" container for her meal...um, NO, we just started eating. Younger daughter ate her biscuits and gravy and eggs, but wasn't all that excited about the included grits -- which I ate most of, because I've gotten used to them. The featured BBQ chicken dinner: the half-chicken was adequately cooked and well-flavored, the potato salad, made with red-skinned potatoes, was underdone to the point of crunchy, and the ear of corn was overcooked to mush and impossible to eat - regular sweet corn, off the cob, would have been a better choice. As for the waitress, we heard her inform the table next to us that "as soon as I get you and *that table* (indicating us) out of here, I can go home." And I guess that by leaving the ticket with the food, and avoiding bringing us refills she thought we'd leave quicker. She came by halfway through the meal to tell us she going to get my wife a tea refill and then turn us over to Darlene...then she left, no tea was brought, and we never saw Darlene. Didn't get a chance to order dessert, we were just abandoned right there in the middle of the restaurant. No tip for you, or your absent co-worker! Mentioned this to the cashier on the way out, was told they'd pass it along, which I knew they wouldn't so I emailed Cracker Barrel corporate, who didn't respond, either. So, thumbs down on the service, thumbs down on customer response, and big thumbs down on the bbq chicken dinner. We'll probably have to go back again, because the wife got a gift card to Cracker Barrel for her birthday.

Very Good home style southern cooking, I have eat there many times and always enjoy it. The waitress staff is very helpful and attentive. There is also a store where you can wait for your table and buy from their country selsction.

Okay - so I am an admitted Cracker Barrel fan. I have traveled up and down the east coast from CT to the FL Keys and now out here to Wichita and there's one thing I don't travel w/o and it's my Cracker Barrel map - sure, go ahead and laugh - but when you're traveling there's one thing that is comforting to know - no matter where you are - the food at Cracker Barrel is always consistent and and the service is always good! When there's a choice between McDonalds, Burger King or Cracker Barrel - hands down - I'll sit down and get something that I know will be as good in Richmond, VA as it is in Slidel, LA or Wichita, KS. I've even gone as far as written them to suggest locations - and yes - they listened! There's now a Cracker Barrel on Rt 84 in NY and in Alpharetta, GA! Okay - I may be delusional and I'll never admit to purchasing any clothing (other than a local college team sweatshirt) - but I have listen to many books on tape and love the trip down memory lane! Call me crazy - but I love Cracker Barrel! (Yes - I'm thinking about buying stock because it's the only restaruant chain with a wait list from 9 am to 2 pm on Sundays).

If you like food from the south, you will like the food here. The service is quick and the waitress/waiter is very attentive. The atmoshpere is the typical rustic tradition of all Cracker Barrel Restaurants/Stores. You may have to wait for a few minutes on a weekend morning for breakfast. The store has an interesting selection of things you might see in a house in the country and a great selection of candies.
